What we did.

KY-KO's standard commercial SPF scope: prep and clean the existing deck, install closed-cell spray polyurethane foam to spec, then finish with a reflective elastomeric or granulated top coat. Work is scheduled around tenant operations and backed by the Owner's Pride™ Guarantee alongside the coating manufacturer's warranty.

   Pool covers, drop cloths, and daily magnetic sweeps for nails. Property left cleaner than we found it.

   Customer walkthrough, photos delivered, and our 15-year warranty filed alongside the manufacturer's material warranty.
