What we did.

A standard KY-KO SPF recoat: pressure-wash the existing spray polyurethane foam roof, repair blistering and cracks, then apply two coats of high-reflectivity elastomeric coating to restore waterproofing and lower heat gain. Covered by KY-KO's Owner's Pride™ Guarantee plus the coating manufacturer's warranty.
