When you request a checkup, fill out a form, chat with us, call, or text, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email, service address, and details about your roof or project. If you become a customer, we also keep records of inspections, photos of your roof, estimates, contracts, and warranty information.
Phone calls and call tracking
We use call tracking technology to understand which of our ads and pages generate calls. When you call a number on our website, we collect your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and the marketing source that led to it. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality, training, and record-keeping.
Text messages

Advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) for conversion measurement and remarketing, as described above. Financing applications are submitted directly to third-party lenders and are governed by their privacy policies. Online payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to honor warranties (our workmanship warranty runs 15 years), maintain required business records, and meet legal obligations. Lead and inquiry information that doesn't become a project is kept only as long as it's useful for responding to you and measuring our marketing.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — we'll honor deletion requests except for records we're required to keep (such as contracts, warranty records, and legal or tax records). You can opt out of marketing communications at any time, and out of texts by replying STOP.

Our website and services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
