What's included in a roof inspection?
A specialist walks the roof and checks every plane, valley, ridge, and eave, then looks closely at the details that actually leak: flashings, pipe jacks, vents, skylights, parapet and wall transitions, and — on tile — the underlayment beneath. Ponding areas, cracked or slipped tile, blistered coating, and worn sealants all get photographed. You get a written report with those photos.
How long does a roof inspection take?
Most single-family Phoenix homes take about 30 to 45 minutes on the roof, plus a few minutes to walk you through the photos afterward. Larger homes, steep tile, or low-slope commercial buildings with lots of rooftop equipment take longer because every curb and penetration gets checked individually.

Yes. Dated photos and a written assessment of storm damage are exactly what a carrier wants to see, and we can meet the adjuster on the roof and scope the repair to match what the claim supports.
